Since CIBF2016,China's new energy vehicles and lithium ion batteries have made a leap forward.In 2016,China's new energy vehicles reached 500,000 and lithium ion batteries reached 30GWh.Despite the adjustment of subsidies for new energy vehicles by the Chinese government in 2017,the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China reached 794,000 and 777,000,respectively,up 53.8 percent and 53.4 percent year-on-year.According to the statistical analysis of China chemical and physical power industry association,the sales revenue of lithium ion batteries in China reached 158.9 billion yuan in 2017,compared with 133 billion yuan in 2016,an increase of 19.5%year-on-year.Production of lithium-ion batteries increased from 87.3 gigawatt hours to 100.9 gigawatt hours,up 15.6 percent year-on-year.This is mainly due to the rapid development of China's new energy vehicle battery and energy storage battery market.In 2017,the supporting capacity of new energy vehicle power batteries reached 37.06 billion WH,of which the supporting capacity of passenger cars reached 13.98 billion WH,accounting for 37.72%.Passenger car supporting capacity is 14.57 billion Wh,accounting for 39.31%;The supporting capacity of special vehicles is 8.51 billion Wh,accounting for 22.95%.Especially with the change of market demand and the development of battery technology,ternary battery with high energy density has come from behind and gradually occupied the leading position in the new energy passenger vehicle market.The proportion of ternary power batteries increased significantly in 2017,from 20.4 percent in 2016 to 44.8 percent in 2017.The new version of subsidy adjustment policy takes energy density as the standard as the adjustment coefficient of subsidy level,which drives the proportion of ternary power battery to rise sharply.
